we loved our stay at the chalets! the two-bedroom chalet was spacious and had great water pressure in the shower. it was impeccably clean and well-equipped. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the thermal pools. plus, having a newspaper delivered every morning was a lovely touch.

Our two-bedroom chalet was perfect for our family, with kids in their own bedroom.
While our chalet was spacious, I found the shower pressure to be lacking and there were some bugs on the bathroom ceiling. I was also disappointed to notice the curtains allowed too much light in, waking us up far too early. The need for deadbolts for extra security was felt, as we weren't entirely comfortable with the locking mechanisms provided.

Heaps cozy chalet, great amenities and fantastic views, but the shower pressure was a wee bit weak and the heating could be upgraded. Chur for the hospitality, though!

A Cozy Retreat with Minor Flaws
Our stay was delightful! The chalet offered stunning views and an inviting atmosphere. Daily newspapers were a nice touch, and hosts were attentive. For light sleepers, consider blackout curtains to avoid early wake-ups. A rubber scraper in the kitchen would enhance convenience too!
